One device for your hair and your face

Why isn't my hair absorbing my products?

If your hair feels dry no matter what you put on it, the problem isn't your products, it's that your hair cuticle is sealed shut. Low porosity hair naturally resists moisture. Products sit on the surface, coat the outside, and rinse off without ever getting in. Steam temporarily lifts the cuticle and creates a short window where your hair is actually open and ready to absorb. That's when your deep conditioner, oil, or mask does its job properly β€” not before.

How often should I use it and for how long?

For hair, once a week on wash day is the sweet spot for most people. Sit under the hood for 15–20 minutes while your deep conditioner or mask is applied. For your face, 5–10 minutes before your serum or mask routine is enough. You don't need more time than that, steam does its job quickly, and overdoing it can work against you. Start with one session per week and adjust based on how your hair and skin respond.

Why your hair routine isn't working, and how to fix it in 15 minutes.

Consistent effort doesn't fix a prep problem. Steam does.

Your Problem

You're using good products but nothing absorbs. Your hair stays dry. Your skin stays dull. No matter how consistent you are, results never stick.

Our Solution

Steam temporarily opens the hair cuticle and softens the skin, creating a short absorption window where your products can finally penetrate instead of sitting on the surface.

The Result

Deep conditioners that actually go in. Serums that absorb. Softer hair, clearer skin, and a routine that finally works the way it was supposed to.

This is what's happening inside your hair when you apply steam

Your hair routine will finally start working

Steam moist heat temporarily lifts the cuticle, the outer layer of your hair, so moisture can get inside instead of sitting on the surface.

Your deep conditioner penetrates the cortex instead of coating the outside

Hair stays soft and hydrated days after wash day, not just for an hour

Breakage drops because hydrated hair is elastic, not brittle

Works with any conditioner, mask, or oil you already use

The same prep step professional stylists use before every treatment

Here's the science behind it.

Your skincare works. Your skin just isn't ready for it.

Got questions? We've got answers

Can I use it on relaxed, color-treated, or heat-damaged hair?

Yes. Steam is gentle moist heat, it doesn't strip or damage chemically treated hair. In fact color-treated and heat-damaged hair tends to be more porous and more prone to dryness, which makes steaming especially effective. It helps restore moisture balance that chemical processes strip out. Just keep sessions to 15–20 minutes and follow with a good deep conditioner.

Do I need to buy special products to use with it?

No. That's the point. Whatever deep conditioner, hair mask, serum, or moisturizer you already own will work better with steam prep. You don't need to replace anything in your routine, steam just makes what you already have perform the way it was designed to.

By cleaning at a microscopic level, it supports clearer vision and more comfortable wear, without damaging the lens material.

Is it safe to use on my face if I have sensitive skin?

Start slow. Keep your distance from the nozzle, use the lowest steam setting, and limit your first few sessions to 5 minutes. If your skin is prone to redness or rosacea, steam can aggravate it, patch test and pay attention to how your skin responds. For most skin types it's completely fine when used correctly and not overdone.

How long before I start seeing results?

Most people notice a difference after the first session, hair feels softer, skin feels more hydrated immediately after. The longer-term results like reduced breakage and length retention take consistent weekly use over 4–6 weeks to become obvious. Steam isn't a one-time fix, it's a weekly prep step that compounds over time.

What kind of water should I use in it?

Distilled or purified water. Tap water contains minerals that build up inside the device over time, cause clogging, and eventually produce funky-smelling steam. Distilled water is cheap, easy to find at any grocery store, and keeps the device running clean. A quick vinegar rinse every few weeks keeps buildup from forming.
